This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok Inc. By entering, each entrant fully and completely releases Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and TikTok Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or TikTok.
This Giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), adidas, or any national team or governing body. Team names are used solely to describe the prize.
Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 and ends on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
To enter, during the Entry Period: (a) follow @gabe_einhorn on Instagram and @gabeeinhorn on TikTok, and (b) complete and submit the entry form at this website, including a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.
Fifty (50) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) official 2026 national team replica jersey — winner's choice of Spain or Argentina, as indicated at entry — in the size requested at entry, subject to availability. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $99 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,950 USD. If a requested size is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute the closest available size or a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners must be following both accounts listed in Section 5 at the time of the drawing; entrants who have unfollowed will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address and/or social handle provided at entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond and confirm a valid shipping address within seven (7) days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winners who are residents of Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.
Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the winner's confirmed address. Winners outside the United States are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or similar charges imposed by their country. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and social handle on Sponsor's social channels without additional compensation.
Information collected on the entry form (name, email, social handle, jersey size, country, and state if applicable) is used solely to administer this Giveaway: verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, and shipping prizes. It will not be sold or shared with third parties except service providers used to run the Giveaway (e.g., form and spreadsheet hosting) and as required by law. Entry data will be deleted within 90 days after all prizes are fulfilled. Entrants may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting gabe@contempospace.com. By entering, you consent to this processing.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules or the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
